Separate game modes/frequent new heroes?

I loved the zone (domination) control mode but didn't really care for the power cell collector.
would love to see the modes broken up so you can play what you want and I also hope we get frequent
hero drops and not have to wait months for 1 character! -
I think a 2-3 month gap between fighters would be good as it would give us time to learn the new fighters.
As for modes I hope we get more than just the two we have but I trust NT will bring modes with the games release.
