does anyone know exactly what this does?
it doesn't seem like it does anything that i'd expect it to do
it doesn't seem to make her run faster while firing
it doesn't seem to reduce the time it takes her gun to hit max power
it doesn't seem to increase the time it takes for her gun to lose max power
otherwise i'm just... missing something
