Say hi to my blade!
We'd like to say a big thank you to everyone who joined us for the first ever Bleeding Edge Closed Beta, it was an amazing weekend and we had so much fun causing chaos with the community!
It's important to us that you know your feedback is heard, we check the forums every day and whilst we aren't always able to reply to your posts we do read them and discuss what our players are telling us. The QA team investigate your reported bugs and the support team try and provide answers where they can for your issues, your constructive criticism and ideas for how we can improve Bleeding Edge are discussed by the entire team and we would like to thank you all for your continued support.
Please keep posting in the Forums and keep sending us your feedback, it all helps in our journey to ensure Bleeding Edge is the best game it can be
To ensure our Game, Forums, Discord and other Community channels are an enjoyable and informative space for everyone, please adhere to the following guidelines, including our testing agreement and privacy policy.
Respect your fellow community members by not posting messages or communicating in a way that intimidates, bullies or insults other people. This includes harassment, griefing, trolling, flaming, and impersonation of another user or an official. Trolling is behaving in a way that is deliberately provocative, negative or controversial, with the intention of causing maximum disruption and argument, or to make the troll the centre of attention.
Bleeding Edge is a game for everyone, and we want to ensure the community remains a fun and safe environment, free from bullying, hatred, and harassment. Treat others as you would like to be treated, we know Bleeding Edge is an online competitive game so a little trash talk will happen here and there but please keep it clean.
Win or lose, be a good sport. No one likes trolling, so don’t do it. When you play Bleeding Edge you are the community, so make it a great one!
Remember we all had to start somewhere, and everyone was a new player once upon a time. Play your best and play to win but don’t forget you can really improve other players experience by being friendly and helpful, be it in the game or on the forums or any part of the Bleeding Edge community.
As mentioned previously, Bleeding Edge is a game for everyone. Anyone who is found using hate speech or discriminatory language relating to age, gender, race, sexuality, nationality, creed or disability will face investigation and potentially permanent removal from the Bleeding Edge community and game.
The laws of the real world apply to the Bleeding Edge community. Distribution or discussion of copyrighted materials banned content, or anything connected to illegal substances or actions will not be tolerated within the Bleeding Edge community and game.
Do not use our Forums or in game communication channels to support or condone any illegal activities, such as drug use, piracy, hacks, etc.
Do not use our Forums or in game communication channels to share any copyrighted material (such as published books, magazines, links to downloadable music, etc.)
There are certain areas where players can discuss and promote their own groups and projects, you can ask for help finding these places if you’re having trouble. We kindly request our players avoid spamming, trolling, baiting or starting any online witch hunts to promote their own individual agenda. If you feel strongly that something within the Bleeding Edge community requires further investigation, please let the Customer Support team know directly so they can decide the best action to take.
Do not use our Forums or in game communication channels for self-promotion or advertisement. Although we allow general discussion, the main purpose of these Forums is to test and discuss Bleeding Edge, which should be respected.
Do not use our Forums or in game communication channels to support or condone any illegal activities, such as drug use, piracy, hacks, etc.
We have a zero-tolerance policy when it comes to in-game hacking or abusing known bugs to ruin the online experience for the entire community. Bleeding Edge is a competitive online game which means cheating to gain an unfair advantage undermines the experience not only for yourself but for everyone you play with.
Players caught cheating or hacking in anyway will be permanently removed from Bleeding Edge.
Do not use our Forums or in game communication channels to support or condone any illegal activities, such as drug use, piracy, hacks, etc.

Although we allow sharing of online IDs (such as your Gamertag, Steam name, etc.), we do not allow sharing of any passwords, email addresses, phone numbers, or personal contact information. The administrators of the Forums and the Bleeding Edge dev team will never ask you for personal details over the Forums or Social Media.
