I have not seen any warnings so it is most likely bugged. Also at no point in this suggestion have I said don't have a leaver penalty. But it is fair to warn people before applying it. I'm playing the PC version.

Yes. Buff Makutu for god sake. He's such a cool character but he's completely gimped. Only one CC move that requires you to connect both to the enemy and the environment.

Buttercup can just hit a few buttons and CC the heck out of someone and hold down a button for instant catch up speed AND regen to stick to things, Makutu has to ditch his survivability to catch up. They're in two completely different games.

On PC version in controls you have a lock on setting that can be changed from hold to toggle - this option doesn't actually do anything. The option that works is located in accessibility options.

I'd suggest having it in only one place to avoid confusion or have both settings linked so changing one changes the other.

I feel like this is a really, REALLY obvious suggestion. Don't just smack people with the penalty blind, anytime someone leaves or just the first time, or have a 'don't warn me again' check box - state the leaver penalty, what it does and when it will come in to effect.
