I was wondering, is there a way to see in what region or better what server we are connected? We all know at this point that the game sometimes could be full of lags and drops of frames, but I noticed that it's not always the same case...
I play from Italy so matchmaking should put me into the EU servers but yesterday I was playing with people who were obviously speaking American.
Is there a way to change servers or at least check into which server we are connected? Because I think most of the lag could be improved with a matchmaking based on geographical areas.

I agree with every part of the above, modes and more reasons to play are not only needed to keep the players active but also to call the new ones.
I don't know how much this game screams for ranked and a sort of "Season 1 Bleeding Pass", but sure WE NEED MORE Content.
The only thing that I don't really like about what you said is the tdm part, now I will explain.
Yes it is simple, but games with a fixed respawn area like Battlefield for example, tend to move towards the opposite base we're the team is spawning, so even if the base has a cool idea that protects who's inside giving them health etc. I think that would make the maps useless since every tdm game then could end up be a spawn trapped game or worst a team who's winning running back to their base.
The game needs obviously modes that have objectives around the map so people have to move around.
Here I leave you a topic I have left on the forums talking about a new mode I was thinking of, so maybe if more of us talk about it it could be applied... Who knows, cheers bud

Agree, more modes are needed at least to give more creativity on the characters we have to pick or their mod setting... So far both modes are very similar. So each time going for one load out with your team will work very well... I think they just need two more modes for now just so people can have more variety.
After that I would lookout to build a ranked system and with that excuse start a road map built on seasons and for each season one character with one map. Very simplistic but very useful... That could also work very well with a nice "Bleeding Pass"to buy for each season with new skins, new overboard, new stickers etc etc... It's not hard to do... They just need to focus on the main problems first then I think they should be able to deal with it. Gamepass is there to help the game det to a big audience, they just need to get more variety of game modes first so they can catch the new comers attention.

@CAPO-9 sunset overdrive Vibe, I don't know if I like it... I would just say to make the overboard a bit faster not really adding the nitro, if you think about it... Adding a nitro would make Cass significantly slower since she's the only character not riding on something but counting only on her legs she has a predetermined speed also she's supposed to be a fast character, so adding a nitro to overboards wouldn't be balanced to those who don't have one.
The main reason for what you're writing here I think is because you'll like to have more speed added to move faster around the map, and I kind of agree with you at a certain point, but also... You must think that adding too much speedy gameplay would make players run easier from fights, so fewer kills in a game could lead (especially on this kind of game) to a boring chasing gameplay mechanism of unlimited fights with no kills involved.
RE: Solo survivability idea
@CAPO-9 hate it, this would encourage solo plays definitely and combining more abilities wouldn't make sense when fighting a dps alone... It would just be a constant 1v1 all around the map.
I understand your frustration but when thinking outside of the box you must also think outside of your own box, because others people mind will likely think of a way around of your thoughts.
It took me few mins to think this, and a change like that could ruin the game, making it not anymore a tram based game but a campy one

@StarImpact sorry to say this brother but you're not playing the game the way its meant to be played... You can't adapt the game to your style, but you should adapt like every one else to the game... That's how it's been for any videogame in history... If all games were built as the same then what would make a game different than another??? Being able to do 1v1 in this game would destroy the team base gameplay idea which is what Bleeding Edge screams.
New mode IDEA
Hello everyone, I've started playing this game yesterday with a friend and we love it.
Of course we think it needs a couple tweaks to be more enjoyable with time more characters and more customization is indeed needed to create more interest on unlocking stuff but in this thread I would like to just focus on Game Modes.
At the moment we have two game modes (capture obj. And collect cells), very fun and enjoyable modes.
But the lack of variety of game modes brings the style or kind of game play for each match being very repetitive.
I was thinking of a new game mode, very simple but also tactical. Well actually I have a couple of modes but... Anyway...
Have you guys ever played something like a king of the hill? I imagine you did right? But a simple king of the hill wouldn't be good enough for a game like this right? So...
Imagine a game style like king of the hill but a sort of power cell needed to be retrieve in the first phase ( like in the collecting phase of cells mode but with only one in the map) which will spawn randomly around the map.
This cell is heavier and bigger than the ones we're used to see so more damage is needed to break the box. Once this cell is carried by one player the player who carries this cell can't no longer use overboard/ dodge/ ultra while carrying. (some ultras let characters move faster)
After the powercell has been picked up two random objective area will be unlocked simultaneously to tell the team that carries the powercell to move towards one of the two objectives to earn score for the team.
Just like in king of the hill, the more he holds that powercell in there the more score they get.
Enemy team or the team who tries to kill the carrier , can see the objective areas to prepare assault or hunt down the enemy team.
note: as soon as the objective areas are visible a timer will start for the powercell alarm for example (60sec). Once that timer is over the alarm of the power cell will go off and the carrier will be visible to the enemy team in the minimap.
The powercell can't be stealed and cannot be passed to another teammate. Once the carrier is killed the power cell will be destroyed with the carrier, and another power cell will spawn after his death.
(This is needed to enforce the first fight towards the new upcoming powercell)
Each kill earns 10 pts but killing the carrier grants your team 20 pts. Holding the objective with the cell carrier inside earns 3pts per sec(max 180pts =60sec). After that the objectives will go offline and a new bomb will be reset randomly.
I hope this sounds interesting to you guys, this is just a small idea of another competitive mode for this amazing game, adding a bit of strategy and as always teamwork to improve the game play variety.
