Gizmo Bouncer Bug

Whenever I try to put down gizmo bouncer on like a sidewalk ledge, the thing gets stuck and doesn’t come out right which obviously is a waste because the bouncer lasts for like 3 seconds and if it happens in the middle of a fight I’m pretty much dead. Please just put the bouncer under her that would be so much better.
