Some balance changes

Hey devs,
I thought I would make a suggestion on how to fix some balance issues I have faced. The main one is with Buttercup. Whenever I face against her on the opposing team, she seems to be the one who always deals the most damage and eliminations while barely ever dying due to her tanking everything while still being able to slow everyone else down. This is my main complaint about balancing. On another note, I know it may take a little while but more characters/maps/modes/ranked I feel could make this came much better and really bring in so many people to play! Mostly I have very well enjoyed my time on this game and once these improvements come, it has potential to be amazing!
