Kulev's Sacred Ground feels clunky as hell (with KB+M anyways)

Am I the only one that notices this? The way it moves when you target it, just feel clunky and like you're fighting it a little. I feel like I can't cast this skill as fast or accurately as I need to.
I know this game recommends a controller but it's a PC game so it should feel nice there too. I don't think it's my setup as a I have a proper gaming house and mousepad and haven't had any issues before.

I play with keyboard and mouse to. Sacred Ground feel a bit slow to me. Keyboard and mouse are good for quick free aim.
I keep going to play that way in this game. Can you add keyboard and mouse support for xbox one ?Sorry for my terrible english !
