Debuff and Cooldowns

  El Bastardos Death Spiral needs a longer cooldown, especially being a tank.

  As I've posted before, Nidhogger needs a bit of a need as well. Fire breath has to have a cooldown increase for sure. And his melee hits way too hard.

  But I am having a great time with the game.
