Inaccuracies in Russian localization

I don't know who programming RU localization, but some switches are just turn over. Where there ENG line is "Disabled", RU line is "On". And where ENG is "Enabled", RU is "Off".
This means when you choose ON the Dynamic background doesn't working, cuz in real it's DISABLED function, which has incorrect title.
Daily:
"Do 8,500 tanking" -- in Ru is "do 8,500 DAMAGE", not "take" or "tanking". This sounds like the quest for "Damage done".
It should be: "Натанковать/вытанковать 8,500 урона" or "Получить 8,500 урона, играя за танка."
Just no translation.
