Makutu Ultimate

Makutu should not be able to turn in power cells while he is invulnerable. It makes it impossible to stop him. I have had a team that would collect cells and meet at spawn to drop all of them to makutu then he would pop the ult and turn in without being able to be stopped. It is an automatic loss if you do this.
